TOWER POWER.

comparison between the sizes of the Mikado and Shogun
This is a new venture for Tower Models. Believing in the old saying about if you want a job done well then do it yourself Tower combined with the factory in China that produces Tower Brass to produce the required item. The first motor in the series will be known as the Shogun. Based on a seven pole 6,300 RPM Canon motor the unit features a fully machined all brass three stage gearbox available in a choice of two ratio's, these being 18-1 for passenger locomotives and 25-1 for freight locomotives. The motor unit is now available and is priced at a very competitive £65.00. It is suited for small to meduim size locomotives. The Shogun comes complete with a detachable flywheel. It is a similar size to the RG7 or a Mashima 1833 and gearbox. The Shogun however is more powerful than either of these competitors.
